Aditya is a young and dynamic leader who has been taking hands on experience of business since his days of Masters at S.P. Jain Institute of Management, Mumbai. Aditya is also an alumni of The Lawrence School, Sanawar.

Before Baid HFC he was heading the Mortgage and SME business at Baid Leasing and Finance Co Ltd. Aditya's vision is to make Baid HFC reachable to the low income and under-served families who can create their own identity by owning a house.

Abhishek is a Hardcore Sales Professional with comprehensive knowledge about start-up business; mainly Affordable HFC. He has over 11 years of experience with leading NBFCs and HFCs of India. His forte ranges from development of Mortgages models, processes and policies for companies operating in Affordable Housing across geographies. He is also credited for successfully launching the business lines and handling assignments, for financial institutions like CitiFinancial, Shriram Housing Finance, Mahindra Rural Housing Finance etc. Abhishek is Post Graduate in Finance and Banking from ICFAI, Hyderabad.
